The Beginning

It all started with a simple question: "Why can't we find truly exceptional wings in Portland?" Founders Mike and Sarah Johnson had traveled the country, sampling wings from coast to coast, but nothing quite captured the perfect balance of crispy skin, tender meat, and bold flavors they craved.

So they decided to create it themselves. Starting with late-night experiments in their home kitchen, they perfected recipes that would eventually become Wing Snob's signature sauces and cooking techniques. Every wing tells the story of their passion for perfection.

2015

The Dream Begins

Mike and Sarah Johnson start experimenting with wing recipes in their home kitchen, determined to create the perfect Portland wing experience.

2016

First Location Opens

Wing Snob opens its doors on SE Ash Street with just 12 tables and big dreams. The community response is overwhelming from day one.

2018

Award Recognition

Wing Snob wins "Best Wings in Portland" from Portland Food & Wine Magazine, cementing our reputation as the city's wing authority.

2020

Community Support
