Orders may be cancelled or modified within 5 minutes of placement, subject to kitchen preparation status. Once food preparation begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Cancellation policies may vary for catering orders due to advance preparation requirements.

5.5 Food Quality Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality food products. If you are not satisfied with your order due to quality issues, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

5.6 Returns and Refunds
